1. Definitions

• Platform — the web application available at school.mir.md
• User — any person accessing the platform (parents, children)
• Parent — the person who created the account and manages children
• Child — the school-age person using the exercises
• Subscription — the commercial agreement for access to premium features

2. Service description

The platform offers interactive math exercises for school-age children, including:

• Mental arithmetic exercises
• Mathematical expressions
• Number comparison
• Detailed progress statistics
• Daily reports for parents
• Telegram notifications

3. Registration and account

3.1. To use the platform, the parent must create a valid account with real data.

3.2. Creating fake accounts or using another person's data is prohibited.

3.3. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their password.

3.4. The platform reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate the terms.

4. Subscriptions and payments

4.1. Access to all platform features requires an active subscription.

4.2. Subscription prices are displayed on the packages page and may change with prior notice.

4.3. Payments are processed through secure systems (Paynet, bank card, bank transfer).

4.4. Subscriptions are non-refundable after activation, except in cases of documented technical error.

4.5. Upon subscription expiry, access to premium features will be restricted.

5. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to:

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Disrupt the platform's operation through technical attacks
• Reproduce or redistribute content without written permission
• Create automated scripts or bots to use the platform

6. Personal data protection

6.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6.2. Children's data is protected in strict compliance with GDPR legislation.

6.3. We do not share personal data with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual property

7.1. All exercises, algorithms and platform content are the property of the Mathematical Platform.

7.2. Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable usage licence.

7.3. Copying, distributing or selling platform content is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1. The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% availability or absence of errors.

8.2. We are not liable for indirect damages caused by use or non-use of the platform.

8.3. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the subscription paid.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
